I’m finally doing this.

For years, I’ve built and optimized websites for others—big brands, startups, eCommerce stores—but when it comes to launching something for myself, I hesitate. It’s not that I don’t know how; it’s that I overthink everything. Which theme should I use? What colors? What’s the perfect first post? It’s ridiculous because none of that matters right now.

The goal of FirstMillion.io isn’t to have a perfectly designed site—it’s to document a speed run to $1M as quickly as possible. The best way to make that happen? No zero days. Every single day, something gets done. No waiting for the perfect moment. No excuses.

I want to get out of my own way. I know I have the skills to make this work, but I also know how easy it is to get stuck in analysis paralysis. I’ve seen it happen to so many people, myself included. The endless tweaking, the refining, the debating over minor decisions that don’t move the needle. That’s not happening here. FirstMillion.io is about execution over perfection.

So here’s the commitment: I’ll be writing daily entries. Some will be short, some longer. Some might just be a few bullet points if that’s all I can manage for the day. But there will be no skipping.

At some point, I’ll bring in a designer to make things look better, but that’s a problem for later. The priority is momentum. Just get started.

Over the next few days, I’ll outline exactly what this site is about, my background, and what I’m trying to accomplish. I’ll also share all the tools I’m using along the way. One thing I’m really excited about is how much AI is going to help me move faster. Tools like ChatGPT, automation platforms, and other AI-driven software are absolute game-changers. I plan on leaning heavily into them to get things done quicker and more efficiently.

This project is going to be raw, transparent, and completely real. No fluff, no fake hustle. Just an honest, step-by-step journey toward making $1M as fast as possible.

This is just the beginning. Talk tomorrow.
